I love helping people settle into their dream home, or watching them celebrate after a successful negotiation! From an early age I grew up with Real Estate being the main topic at dinnertime. My father Wayne Cleland was and still is a successful and well respected long time North Shore Realtor. One of the “Old Guys”, he comes from the era of trust and service being paramount in sales! I knew early on that I wanted to be part of the family business.
After graduating from BCIT Marketing Management I successfully challenged the Real Estate Salesperson’s, Property Management and Agent’s Licence testing. After receiving my licenses I wanted to work with my Dad…so I talked him into hiring me. 19 years later we still enjoy working together!
Having grown up in North Vancouver gives me the edge of really understanding all the different communities.
Both my husband Erich and I did all our schooling here and have chosen to raise our 3 children in this amazing place. We are involved in many community and sports events throughout the year and love getting to know all the new people who come into our lives from having school aged kids. Surprisingly we keep running into people from our past who have come back to live on the North Shore or really never left. It’s that kind of awesome.
I’m a people person and I strive to provide honest, excellent service for my clients throughout the entire real estate process. I love meeting new people but my career goal is to retain past clients through hard work and perseverance.
